Our Story
Worko is a dental staffing company designed by dental professionals, for dental professionals. Our mission was born from the desire to give back to our industry and to foster a community of excellence. We are thrilled to introduce a platform that encourages independence and flexibility, both for temps and for dental offices, and we are committed to building upon our success to benefit you!
Jade and Niki are both dental hygienists and dental hygiene educators. Together, they have over 20 years of clinical experience and over 10 years of teaching experience. Jade has a graduate degree in Craniofacial Science and is responsible for research and data management. Niki has a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science (Dental Hygiene). She is skilled in communication and marketing, and manages networking and user interfaces. Designed based on our extensive experience in temp work positions, as well as targeted focus groups with both dental offices and professionals, we have dissected all aspects of the profession and created a streamlined, efficient service to benefit all users. We regularly use Worko ourselves for temp work!
